I remember back in 2000, every establishement seemed to be looking for workers perpetually. Some even paid incentives to employees that brought workers to the company. If a new recruit stayed for at least a specified length of time (Six months in some cases), the employee who brought him to the company would receive a cash bonus. During that period, even illegal aliens had it easy to find jobs...There was just too much of the pie to go around.
Fast forward to 2011...Don't even laugh, because it's not funny! Now, most companies are trying to get rid of many of their employees, and it is not even about the recession. It is mostly because of greed. The recession has given them great ideas how to operate with less staff. To some degree, a part of the recession is created because these companies cut back on their staff hours and then press a few to produce as much as the many. At the end of the week, the worker wonders what the heck he is working for while the unemployed wonders why he is still not working for someone. He might think, briefly, that he can create a job, but the thought will leave as soon as it is sparked. Besides, where would the start up tens of thousands of dollars come from?
Companies will not hire - unless it is to play a game of "partime workers do not get so and so" to avoid paying for anything. What will the desperate job seeker do? Will he waste away into poverty? I say create a job...and put yourself to work as hard as you had to work for your boss. You do not need tens of thousands to begin with. Many job opportunities are on the web, and some cost nothing, or just the price of a pizza or two. How much money have you wasted on unnecessary treats? Thousands already! You have nothing to lose. At least try marketing something online. It is easier to try and fail than to sit around lamenting all day.
Just take this moment to change your life. Create a new you. Become an entrepreneur. It needs no one else but you to authorise the fact. You will be what you want to be. Create a job. Be your own boss. Do your due diligence, look around and know the business. Find the best affiliates available. Choose someone you can trust, who has already created a few success stories. Empower yourself, and step up to the higher level in more ways than one. Go fight your battle on the level playing field. You cannot win out there where you are. If you understand internet marketing, you can beat your boss as an entrepreneur. At least, they can fire him! That's the first one up you have on him. Now go and look for the opportunities and learn the business of the future.
